Return or Replacement Eligibility
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will provide either:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, based on your preference and product availability
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.
Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be completed.
Important Information
- Returns due to change of mind or personal preference are not accepted because of product safety and hygiene standards.
- Products must remain unused and in their original packaging.
- Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
- Proof of purchase and clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
